These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Symas Agro, including our web application, mobile apps, and related services (together, the “Service”), provided by Symas Group (“Symas Agro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a farm, cooperative, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Symas Agro provides tools to manage farm operations — including livestock, breeding, inventory, processing, traceability, and finances — and to connect with buyers, cooperatives, investors, and other participants through marketplace, ordering, and communication features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, with reasonable notice where practicable.
You retain ownership of the records, listings, messages, and other content you submit to the Service (“your content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including animal, production, and traceability records, and for having the right to share any content you upload, including photos.
Where the Service facilitates transactions between users — such as marketplace orders, contracts, or subscriptions — Symas Agro acts as a platform connecting the parties. We are not a party to agreements you enter into with other users, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listings, products, or counterparties. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and use of those payment features is also subject to that processor’s terms. You are responsible for any subscription fees, transaction fees, or charges associated with your use of paid features, as described in the app at the time of purchase.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Clerk for authentication and third-party payment processors for billing. Your use of features that rely on these providers may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Symas Agro or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that records generated through the Service (including traceability data) will meet the requirements of any particular regulator, buyer, or certification body.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symas Agro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, livestock, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice, such as an in-app message or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
